Eosensa is characterized by our ability to take industry best practices and apply a “fit for purpose” approach. Our experience and tenure within the industry has enabled us to develop our EO-ARM2 methodology. EO-ARM2 is a three phased approach which provides a consistent, efficient, and effective approach to our comprehensive suite of services.

EO-A2 – Assess + Advise

The key objectives of the EO-A2 phase, is the assessment of your businesses current state. The assessment of people, process, and technology happens in this phase. A review of an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for improvement, and threats. Once this data is collected we provide our recommendations and performance improvement plans. Which moves us into the next phase of our approach – Remediate and Re-assess.

EO-R2 – Remediate + Re-assess

The key objectives of the EO-R2 phase, is the execution of the plan, from the remediation of identified threats to the roll-out of performance improvement processes. We establish baselines and key metrics during this phase. Once completed, we then reassess against the initial analysis done in the EO-A2 phase.

EO-M2 – Maintain + Monitor

The key objectives of the EO-M2 phase, is the ongoing diligent and timely review of key metrics captured in the EO-R2 phase. We monitor and compare actual to target metrics. We review and establish a continuous improvement process. Depending on the remediation strategy determined in the EO-R2 phase, we can implement key technologies to monitor and maintain the delivery of strategic IT objectives.
With a balanced approach, convergence of leading Best Practices and Frameworks such as ITIL, CobiT, CSA Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information, ISO 27001/27002, and strict Six Sigma quality control; Eosensa has developed industry-leading processes and methodology founded on project experience. Our EO-ARM2 approach allows Eosensa to deliver the highest degree of predictability and assurance, while minimizing or eliminating unwanted side effects.
